Experience
Mr. Sokol 20 years of experience in all facets of residential real estate including: real estate analysis, consulting, market research, feasibility studies, appraisal valuation and expert testimony. Knowledge and experience in all types of residential properties. Mr. Sokol was with Wolkowitz Appraisal Consultants, Inc., before opening his own business in 1996. Responsibilities in the appraisal business included appraising all proposed and existing residential property types and reviewing other residential appraisals. Mr. Sokol has been providing appraisal and consulting services throughout Southeast Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. .
